As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. Your expertise in sales and deep understanding of the online payments landscape will be essential in identifying and securing new business opportunities with merchants.

Your responsibilities

  • brand Representation: Represent our brand and uphold the company's values while promoting our payment solutions
  • business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, targeting merchants across the world
  • relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and growth
  • market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and untapped markets, staying ahead of industry trends
  • client Understanding: Understand the unique needs and requirements of each client, tailoring solutions to meet their specific goals
  • sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets
  • collaboration: Work both independently and collaboratively with our dynamic team to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • reporting: Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders, utilizing key sales metrics

We expect you to have 

  • experience: Proven experience in sales within the online payment services industry (1+ years) or similar industries such as online banking/cryptocurrency/financial technologies (2+ years)
  • industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of card acquiring, online payments, and the diverse needs of merchants across different risk levels
    skills: Excellent time management, planning skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, analytical skills
  • communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian
