DISTRICT MANAGER IN BALTICS
Your Missions
- lead the development of ECU Worldwide in the Baltics
- inspire and lead your team, creating a raging sea of enthusiasm!
- organize and control all processes in the Baltics
- manage the team, being not just a leader but also a hero of our collective
- conduct creative and winning negotiations with clients
- be the face of the company, sparkling with confidence and professionalism
Your Superpowers
- virtuoso command of English, Latvian, and Russian - you effortlessly communicate in three languages!
- experience in logistics and business development of at least 3-5 years - you know your stuff better than anyone!
- You have experience in leading teams to victories and successes
