PROJECT ENGINEER FOR INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT
Your job responsibilities
- lead and coordinate planning teams, internal and external
- maintain active communication with clients, sub-suppliers and other project stakeholders
- select appropriate technical solutions and ensure process consistency at team level
- ensure communication with cross-functions such as procurement, quality control and assembly to optimise engineering solutions
- present and argue engineering solutions to customers
- carry out regular review of engineering documentation, including documentation provided by outsourcing companies
- prepare technical tenders for procurement procedures and compare tenders from different components
- provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle, working with project managers and other stakeholders
You are eligible for this position if you have
- a university degree in mechanical or chemical engineering
- more than 3 years' experience in industrial plant engineering and construction
- experience in thermal engineering and heat supply, industrial projects
- knowledge of industrial plant engineering
- planning and strategic thinking skills
- good communication skills
- AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MS Office skills at an experienced user level
- knowledge of English and Latvian at a professional level
