Your job responsibilities

  • lead and coordinate planning teams, internal and external
  • maintain active communication with clients, sub-suppliers and other project stakeholders
  • select appropriate technical solutions and ensure process consistency at team level
  • ensure communication with cross-functions such as procurement, quality control and assembly to optimise engineering solutions
  • present and argue engineering solutions to customers
  • carry out regular review of engineering documentation, including documentation provided by outsourcing companies
  • prepare technical tenders for procurement procedures and compare tenders from different components
  • provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle, working with project managers and other stakeholders

You are eligible for this position if you have

  • a university degree in mechanical or chemical engineering
  • more than 3 years' experience in industrial plant engineering and construction
  • experience in thermal engineering and heat supply, industrial projects
  • knowledge of industrial plant engineering
  • planning and strategic thinking skills
  • good communication skills
  • AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MS Office skills at an experienced user level
  • knowledge of English and Latvian at a professional level
