Main role responsibilities

  • Strategic and operational management of a commercial structure in the region, its development and expansion
  • Development and implementation of measures to increase sales and achieve planned targets
  • Budget management
  • Business process improvement
  • Inventory planning in the region
  • Team building and management, employee motivation
  • Negotiating with key partners

Required skills and experience

  • Proven experience in regional sales development
  • Not less than 2 years of experience in managerial position of sales
  • Experience in the furniture trade is an advantage
  • Fluent Turkish, very good English, Russian is an advantage
  • Higher education
  • Driving licence
