REGIONAL SALES DIRECTOR
This is a unique and challenging opportunity to use your skills and knowledge in a growing business with a group of multinational professionals.
Main role responsibilities
- Strategic and operational management of a commercial structure in the region, its development and expansion
- Development and implementation of measures to increase sales and achieve planned targets
- Budget management
- Business process improvement
- Inventory planning in the region
- Team building and management, employee motivation
- Negotiating with key partners
Required skills and experience
- Proven experience in regional sales development
- Not less than 2 years of experience in managerial position of sales
- Experience in the furniture trade is an advantage
- Fluent Turkish, very good English, Russian is an advantage
- Higher education
- Driving licence
